Onset of spring has Goodwill stores seeking donations

BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) — It’s only a few days into spring and already many Mainers have started cleaning out their homes.

Staff at the Goodwill store in Bangor says its been seeing its yearly increase in donations, which includes a good supply of ladies clothing and furniture. Goodwill says old computers, cell phones and books all make great items to donate.

Staff at the Bangor store say they can also use several items to help keep up with customer demand, which includes dishes, pots and pans and kitchen dishes.”

Donations can be dropped off at the store at 805 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor.
