Goodwill Services hopes to help unemployed youths

PORTSMOUTH — Goodwill Youth Employment Services is recruiting youth ages 18-21 in the greater Portsmouth area who are looking for employment or training opportunities.

Goodwill works with youth who are out of school and looking to find work or obtain needed skills to secure employment. Goodwill staff works one on one with youth to help with career exploration, job training and job search assistance. Youth can also have the opportunity to receive on the job training and financial support for training and education.

Goodwill encourages interested youth and families to learn more about the program at www.goodwillnne.org/youth. Goodwill staff will be at the Portsmouth Goodwill store (2454 Lafayette Road) this Friday, January 27 from 3 to 7 pm and Saturday, January 28, from 10 am to 2 pm.
