May 3-9 is Goodwill Industries Week and May 9-16 is AmeriCorps Week.
In this tough economy, Goodwill Industries of Northern New England is working. Goodwill is putting people to work by providing job training skills and supported employment; we are providing critical support services; and we are helping people eliminate barriers to opportunity and independence.
Our AmeriCorps program places volunteers in non-profit organizations, volunteer fire departments, and other first responders to help strengthen our local communities.
We are able to do this because of you. Your donations and purchases in our retail stores help to fund these programs.
