We are excited to announce that the Grand Opening of our new Rockland Goodwill store is on Friday, September 18!
If you are a fan of Goodwill on Facebook, you have already seen a series of the construction pictures. We are getting closer and closer to opening, so I thought I would share the latest pictures here.
This new store is replacing the smaller store we had in Rockland for the past twelve years (235 Camden Street). We are moving just down the street to 202 Camden Street. There is going to be more room, a drive-through donation area, a new color scheme, and a several environmentally-friendly features, such as an energy efficient HVAC system and windows.
The building is also engineered to be Energy Star compliant, which means after we measure our utility usage in the first year, we will be able to apply for the Energy Star status.
