Jobs for Seniors

Goodwill is the designated State of Maine partner for the Senior Community Supported Employment Program (SCSEP). The Program is Goodwill’s newest Transition to Work program to meet the unique needs of older job seekers. Learn more.

Supported Employment

Some individuals with disabilities benefit from ongoing support once they have obtained a job. Goodwill provides supported employment and job coaching at the work site.

Participants are referred to Goodwill for Supported Employment by our Workforce Solutions Centers, the State Bureau of Rehabilitation, the Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services, local municipalities, insurance companies, the Veteran’s Administration and public and private schools.
