  • On the Job work experience and training
  • Youth career exploration and GED preparation
  • Expertise in the retail, property management, non-profit, service, landscaping, and hospitality professions
  • Working relationships with businesses in Maine and New Hampshire

Supported Employment

Some individuals with disabilities benefit from ongoing support once they have obtained a job. Goodwill provides supported employment where typically a Goodwill Employment Specialist provides job coaching at the work site.

Participants are referred for Supported Employment by the State Bureau of Rehabilitation, Career Centers, the Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services, local municipalities, Insurance companies, the Veteran's Administration, and both public and private schools.
