Goodwill has partnered with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England chapter, to assist individuals with multiple sclerosis in Maine.

The Home LINKS Care Management Program is designed to connect individuals with MS to community services and programs that can provide support and assistance to remain active, independent and safe in their community.

The LINKS program is a short-term support program. Goodwill’s Care Manager will work with individuals to research resources, assist with applications, follow up with providers and advocate and help arrange appropriate care and services. Participation in the program is free and voluntary.
