Bike Donations Needed: Recycled Cycles, Give A Second Chance

Written by on July 24th, 2013 @ 11:23 am

Recycled Cycles is in need of bikes for the fixing. Can you help? Donate your bike, healthy or in need of repair, to the program. Your donation directly translates into a job training solution for female offenders in New Hampshire. Program participants learn transferable skills involved in repairing and maintaining bicycles. Additional support, such as individualized training and mentoring, gives participants an opportunity to increase their work readiness skills.

Help us keep participants working, and learning, by donating that bike that is gathering dust in your garage! Then, join us a little later in the summer to find yourself a shiny, fixed-up bike at a sale we’ll host at our Concord Store: August 22nd – 24th.

Bike donations can be dropped off at our Concord, NH store, 204 Loudon Road).
