Sunglasses Rack

Now that summer is pretty much here (hopefully I did not just jinx us all), it’s a great time to pull out your favorite shades and stock up on new pairs to mix and match with your favorite summer outfits. The one problem – where to store them all AND make them accessible at the same time? No fears! Kimberly shared with us a very easy repurposing project to showcase your favorite shades all summer long.

DIY Organization: Sunglasses Rack

Okay. I admit it.

I have a lot of sunglasses.

Sunglasses are an accessory that can be fun and zany. I like to pick them up as souvenirs when I am traveling or sometimes a pair is so outrageous I will buy them for a laugh. I also stick to a strict rule of keeping the price under $10. Needless to say, I have an extensive collection of sunglasses.

Since sunglass-wearing season is upon us, I recently looked at the pile of tangled frames and decided to properly display them.

Keeping to a strict budget of less than $10, I found these baking cooling racks at Goodwill for $7.00. The grid design was perfect to hook the arm of the frames into and create an at-a-glance display.

Now when the sun pops out, I will be ready!
